Summary

Production shall be based on natural lighting. The exclusive use of artificial light is only permitted during limited periods of the growing period.

Difference

EU regulation does not cover green house production as specific area.

Justification

The use of artificial light - however maybe necessary in periods - should be limited for ecological reasons.
