Comment on the level of accreditation
The Swiss Accreditation Service (SAS) is part of the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO). SAS accredits all approved Swiss Organic Certification bodies according to EN45011 with scope of the Swiss Organic Ordinance (national level), but several organic certifiers also have many other programmes covered under EN45011, notably the EU Organic Regulation EC 834/2007 and other internationally applied organic standards.

SQS is accredited for the Scope of the Swiss organic ordinance, but presently not listed as approved organic certification body. SAS accredits IMO GmbH Germany for organic certification in Germany and internationally.
