Certification fees and inspection fees for organic farmers in the country

Applicants have to purchase a copy of the Organic Standards for Food and Farming from IOFGA at a cost of € 20 and draw up and submit a detailed conversion plan describing management practices on the farm, which will be used as a basis for an initial inspection visit. Annual charges for a mixed farm of 50 ha are € 549.
