The National Product Control Agency for Welfare and Health (STTV) which was responsible for .. merged with the National Authority for Medicolegal Affairs (TEO) on January 1, 2009 creating the new central office, National Supervisory Authority for Welfare and Health (Valvira)under the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health. Valvira is responsiblefor the monitoring of processing and marketing of organic alcoholic beverages.
