Summary

Organic farms must have their spraying equipment tested every 4 years.

Difference

The Swiss Ordinance requires spraytests, but EU Regulation 2092/91 has no such requirement.

Justification

Good agricultural practice requires all spraying equipment must be in perfect working order to ensure adequate application of agricultural substances.
